Scope of Work:
 

The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline or other e-learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and other team members.

Key Job Responsibilities:
 

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline or other e-learning platforms.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create high-quality learning experiences.

• Develop assessments, quizzes, and other interactive elements to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

• Ensure all e-learning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with instructional design best practices.

• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, xAPI).

• Maintain and update existing e-learning courses as needed.

• Stay current with e-learning trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning courses as required.

Job Requirements:
 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-learning development, with a focus on Articulate Storyline.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise).

• Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

• Basic ability to edit audio and video using Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, or similar tools.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, xAPI).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
